It says my device is not supported...

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

After installing everything on my USB device and doing some UEFI settings. It says "This version of macOS X is not supported on this platform.

(I use a FUJITSU lifebook a557; Intel i5 7.th Gen + HD grafics) It has Windows 10 installed on another SSD.

Why does it say that and how can I fix it?

I could not set the sata mode to ahci, because it didn't showed up in the UEFI.

I also needed to enable legacy USB support, because it won't boot into the USB stick, if I disable it.

Thanks!😊spacer.png

You need to change the SMBIOS of the Bootloader to Boot from it.
