kernel extensions in backtrace: "com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform(6.1)[...]"

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have been following the hackintosh(?) guide to installing MacOS Catalina on a B365M DS3H motherboard.
The boot loader looks just like it's supposed to, though, when I enter the installer, I get a kernel panic immediately.

The image below is the "relevant" part of the kernel panic.

- Motherboard: B365M DS3H
- CPU: Intel i5-8400 @ 2.6GHz
- GPU: AMD Radeon R9 390
