when I have restored the macOS big sur in my usb disk when I am trying to open that usb disk windows is showing format disk to open and another clover disk also not created and when I changed my bios settings it was opening normal windows 

my pc is LENOVO IDEAPAD 110-15ISK

plz slove my problem

You cant open HFS File system on windows without special software, Disable CSM on BIOS and boot.
