Error reading kernel cache.

Hello, I tried to install Mac os 10.10 to 11 and I got an error every time "error reading kernel cache". I tried fixes on the internet and nothing worked. My specs are intel core i5 8gen 8gb ram and intel UHD graphics 620

What is the memory size (RAM)?

macOS 10.10 is Yosemite? Are you trying to Install Yosemite?

Ram is 8 GB, I don't see a problem there.

I tried from Yosemite to Big Sur, none of them worked. I want mainly Big Sur.
