Help, my PC restarts rather than shutting down

ive installed Hackintosh Mojave a couple months ago and when i attempt to shut it down, it reboots rather than actually shutting down the computer itself. I tried from fixing my smbios and my computer bios.

What is the bootloader?

I use clover configurator. AMD Ryzen 5 3500, Aorus Gigabyte B450I Pro Wifi, Gigabyte RX 570.

Almost everything works fine, but the shutdown issue is the only one that i can't figure out.
