I already fix it, with format my EFI partition to FAT32 first. But now the problem is rebooting loop. How to fix this?

If you do not erase under GUID Installation will cause error.
Installation includes multiple reboot so you might be stuck in Installation error loop.
Partition disk under GUID Partition Table.

If it is a kernel panic please include screenshot pictures of the error or it is hard to debug.
Boot in verbose.
