USB drive not showing up in the Bootmenu.

Recommended Posts

I flashed Big Sur on a USB drive using TransMac. But the USB drive is not showing up in the Bootmenu, so I can not boot from it. Also, there is no Bootloader partition created on the USB drive (but that was not the case with Niresh High Sierra).

I have disabled Secure Boot and also changed SATA from RAID ON to AHCI.

Hardware Specifications:

Dell Inspiron 3593

  • Intel Core i5-1035G1
  • 8 GB DDR4 2667 MHz
  • Intel UHD Graphics
  • Nvidia GeForce MX230

I think you have downloaded the wrong file.

This confusion is due to standalone macos Installer listed in downloads section, those files will be moved into a new website, Let Hackintosh be Hackintosh, Sorry for the confusion. Download Hackintosh from Hackintosh Installer Section.
