Hi, I'm trying to install Sierra hackintosh on latitude E5250 but on the last minute installing I got "The operation couldn't be completed. Undefined error: 0 Sierra", any hint on this please?

You must erase your hard disk under GUID Partition table, Check that.

Sometimes installation finishes with false positive error, which you do not have to worry about. Restart and boot from hard disk.
