You can simply copy the content of EFI Folder of Pen drive into the EFI Partition so it would become bootable.

Use Clover Confiscator to mount the EFI Volume.

Mounted EFI from clover configurator,

Copied Files from Pendrive to EFI of Hard disk

Still wasn't able to Boot from SSD

Tried to install clover bootloader from Setup to Hardisk installation, then it throws error, "This package is incompatible with version of MacOS"

Also tried, "Clover Cloner" from clover configurator to copy  files from pen drive to SSD, but that also didn't work.

[UPDATE]

Was able to successfully install Clover to SSD, but when I boot from Pendrive I can see APFS drive and can boot from it.

While booting from SSD I see clover boot screen but I don't see any drives.

I copied all files from pen drive to SSD, tried with clean install. but no drives are detected while booting from SSD.
