Installing catalina

I downloaded the Niresh Catalina installation image and restored it to a USB stick. When I try to boot, UEFI does not see the flash drive. Need a bootloader? What to do, help!

Configuring BIOS Settings are essential for Catalina.

Disable CSM in BIOS.
