Yes I have applied :
- Enabled UEFI .
- Load Optimized Defaults.
- Set USB drive to the highest boot priority.
- Disabled SVM Virtualization.
- Disable CFG-Lock.(Not in my bios settings)
- Disable Secure Boot Mode.(Not in my bios settings)
- If your system has OS Type, set it to Other OS.(Not in my bios settings)
- Set OS Type to Other OS.(Not in my bios settings)
- Save and exit.
I have done this in my bios and these are the things present in the guide, So Please suggest if any other setting to do.

No I cant find any settings like execute disable bit.
My hardware specifications are:
Processor: AMD C50
GPU: AMD Radeon 6250
Ram:4GB
Storage:320GB HDD

Are you using the AMD Mojave Version?
Did you use the kernel flags to switch the kernel cache that is being loaded?

Yes I am using the AMD Mojave Version .
Did you mean using boot flag: UseKernelCache=Yes/No
I have tried both the when i use UseKernelCache=Yes then i get the same error end randomseed signs of ++++++ and then restart and when i use UseKernelCache=No then i get another error of kernel appears .

After some digging in internet your Processor Does not support SSE 4.X Instruction set, Can you verify that for me?
If this so Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave and latest macOS can not be Installed as it requires SSE4 Instruction set.

My processor supports it I have checked it in coreinfo.

Your BIOS Setting is not correct, did you apply correct BIOS Settings as listed in Guide?
