Having trouble installing High Sierra

Question

I'm having trouble installing High Sierra. I can't get past the boot screen. When I hit the "boot" button, it just restarts the computer, after showing the ++++++.

Sometimes it shows more information, with "don't restart after panic", checked (the error that I get, is https://ibb.co/64bDNtk?fbclid=IwAR3ait6iq_ryiMCz0uVi4TDS1TwmrRyzNWfj6YogbVbs9PmULtSXpf6VBh0 (I tried "inserting image from url", but it wouldn't accept the link 🤦‍♂️)

I'm wondering if I need to use a different version, of OS. Here are some of my computer specs: https://ibb.co/0XKQQL7
