Booting from usb drive seems fine until text corrupts and prohibition sign appears

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to install macOS High Sierra on a Dell Latitude E4310 with a Core i5-520M. It boots into the Clover boot options, and selecting my High Sierra installer everything seems to be going fine with all the text appearing, but at some point the text kind of corrupts towards the left side of the screen and in the middle a white prohibition sign appears. The text also seems to scroll up automatically every now and then and at some point disappears upwards. I attached images of the prohibition sign with somewhat corrupted text at the left of the screen, and the prohibition sign after the text has vanished upwards.spacer.pngspacer.png
