  1. Oh thanks for replying. I just gave up on hackintoshing after mine died after an update and bought an MBP. Thanks though.
  2. Hello. I used to think using wifi and bluetooth on an intel wireless card was impossible until I found OpenIntelWireless. I was a little skeptical, but found it works amazing with wifi, but I can't get it to work with bluetooth. All I get when I install the kexts is a device named aa-aa-aa-aa-aa-aa in my bluetooth device list. Do you know of any fix for it? Thank you!
  3. Hello. I'm having lots of issues with my Hackintosh that I think are being caused by en0 not showing builtin on dpcimanager. I've tried putting NullEthernet.kext in /EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.15/ but nothing changes. Is there any config that needs to be done to get it to work? Or am I putting it in the wrong spot? Thanks, - Salocor
  4. Sorry if I'm being confusing. I followed this guide: https://hackintosher.com/guides/quick-fixes-facetime-icloud-imessage-hackintosh-not-working/ And under 4.1 it says I need an invalid serial. Is the valid serial for NullEthernet.kext or iMessage?
  5. Ok. Do I just spam the generate serial and check coverage on clover until i get one that says valid?
  6. In the SMBIOS? And by unique do you mean it has to say invalid serial at check coverage?
  7. Yeah I did. That didn't work. Is there any config that's needed for it to work?
  8. Hello. I'm trying to get imessage/facetime working and i've followed these steps to get it working: Fix SMBIOS serial/UUID/board serial Delete networkinterfaces.plist Added EmuVariableUefi-64.efi to drivers with clover I think the issue is DPCIManager says my en0 is not built in. I have found that imessage/facetime won't work if it is not. I'm using a USB ethernet adapter so it isn't built in, but is there a way to make the hack think it's built in? I've tried nullethernet and that didn't work. I can't figure out how to upload my EFI.zip...
  9. Ok, I restarted and now it's not working again. In network it says I have a USB 10/100/1000 LAN and bluetooth is gone, but no cable connected. I checked the cable and it is connected. Any Ideas? This is quite strange...
  10. Hey so I actually figured it out. (kinda) The model is Inateck HBU3VL3-4. I just poked around at unloading kexts from /Library/Extensions and now it thinks it's a bluetooth network lol. But hey, it works. I wish I could give more of an explanation to help people who also have this issue, but I honestly have no idea what I did. Thanks for the reply!
  11. Hello! I'm updating from Mojave to Catalina. I reinstalled macOS on a different hard drive. When I booted it up, my USB to ethernet adapter stopped working. When I boot to recovery, I can ping google.com with terminal, but network doesn't work in the OS. I tried removing all kexts but the ones that arent necessary to run it, but it still doesn't work. I also tried plugging in my iPhone to see if tethering works, and it did. I don't want to primarily use that as I don't have an unlimited hotspot, though. Here's my kext folder (I have FakeSMC.kext in the Other folder): And my network settings page: And my SMBIOS: Any help is greatly appreciated. If I posted this in the wrong category or didn't post my specs properly I apologize. I posted them to the about page on my profile. I'm new to this :).
