To make any Hackintosh Installer bootable you must find a suitable EFI folder or Make an EFI folder, You can find pre-working EFI Folders below. Download Big Sur EFI Folders When you have downloaded an EFI Folder, Extract it and copy the Folder EFI into the BOOTLOADER Volume. If you tweak some EFI config Hackintosh may work anyhow Vega 8 Graphics will not work with Hackintosh, So it is worthless to try further.

You get a blank screen at the end because Vega 8 will not work. It is not supported by Hackintosh, Hackintosh needs a PC/Lap with metal Supported Graphics Card.

HD 4000 will not work with Big Sur.

You guys are not selecting the Installation media correctly from the Installer, You are instead selecting the read only volume. Select the correct volume, Read guide completely.

Yes possible, But sometimes Permission issues may cause Installation to fail.
